How to contact or cancel NOW TV

Hi all

Please can someone help me work out how on earth to cancel NOW TV? I'm stuck in a loop of trying to find the live chat, which is an endless stream of clicking through help topics that doesn't end in a live chat. The suggestions for cancelling the membership are a magic 'cancel membership' button that doesn't exist. If I go to the membership page, there are only options to add packages, not remove them. I feel like I'm going insane and I'm not getting anywhere. Please someone put me out of my misery!!!

Hi @Nicki 

If there is nothing showing on your online account either under My Membership or My Bills & Payments, then is it possible you have created more than one account.

Use the Account Finder button in this link page below to see if you have multiple NOW accounts.

Or is it possible you are billed from a third party such has Amazon for example.

Another scenario is if you was on an offer for example and defaulted on a payment, then NOW would cancel that offer.

Also it sounds like you been clicking on the get help quicker button which is a chat bot and just provides help articles.
