Oh what a nightmare. Given pass as a gift. Nimber not recognised. Other half fuming , couldnt watch footie. Contacted customer services. Gave a full sermon on our identity only to be told to send a photo via email. every email I have tried to send, on a number of email addresses I tried, all sent back as not recieved. The gift was ourchased by relative who is on holiday for three weeks and lives 200 miles for us, so not likely to get a replacement any time soon. Not impressed at all

oh how lucky you are, I have a contract with Now and can't find anyway too contact them, I was going to discuss a renewal deal. but sky actually chatted with me and treated me like a customer. marvellous company, cost a lot but not run by computers really live people actuallt converse with you.
