Hi all, just purchased my stick and it came with 2 months free Entertainment Pass. Upon registering it takes you card details and already its poised to take £7.99 in Febuary 2019 when this pass runs out. How do i stop this? I may not want to renew it.
It’s quite simple, @Anonymous User. Just cancel your pass. You can still watch until the end of the pass period (sometime in February 2019, according to your post).
All I see is a company poised to rip off as many people as possible due to the credit/debit card having to me on file as mandatory. I am currently looking to challenge this with the financial ombudsman.
