Have you given your account details to anybody else ?
Have you given away or sold or recycled any devices and haven't removed your account details from them ?
When you go into your online NowTV Account > under Manage Account > Devices do you recognise the devices registered on your account ?
Have you been watching on any other devices and forgot to stop the stream ?
Perhaps do a forced logout on all devices and change your password by following this linked article.
I am absolutely sick of having payments been taken on random days every week I had money in my back that I just put in was my last for gas yet I get an unexpected payment taken when it wasn’t due till the 19th. Put it back or I will be taking things further cancelling my subscription and also notifying everyone who uses now tv on social media I am sick of it happening when my subscription is monthly it shouldn’t be taking nearly 11.99 every week!
