I want to continue my broard band and phone contract, it is due to end August 2021

Hi, @Anonymous User You don’t have to do anything. Broadband contracts don’t just stop at the end of your contract, they continue on a rolling basis. Usually 30 days or month-at-a-time.

Thank you Mark
So if I leave will I be hit with penalty fee?
@Jaxxy10 If you leave within your contract period, you’ll have to pay off the rest of the contract. After that, just give 30 days notice. If switching to a new supplier, you will get a refund for the unused part of the billing period (month), since that’s paid in advance less any usage charges if applicable.
You may find that when your contract runs out, Now will ask if you want to renew for another year at a certain monthly price, or just continue month to month at the same or a lower price.
Ah you think, what’s the catch here? No catch; not being tied into another contract is the no-brainer it appears to be 😛
