How do i get a refund when I've been incorrectly charged?

Can't even believe I have to type this into a community - this is for NOW staff to sort, not NOW users free of charge. I want a refund asap for being incorrectly charged and its awful there is no direct line to sort billing issues like this when NOW is at fault

TV or broadband?

Phone number is for broadband only. TV is live chat.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Forget the bot, click straight on the green Chat online button near the top of the page here
