Now cinema has been charged to my account without my consent. It's impossible to actually speak to a person. I want a refund and also how to make a complaint

But we can ask some questions that might be pointers to how this happened, and tell you where you can go to actually discuss this with a Now employee.
Did you set a Payment PIN?
Have you sat a small child in front of an open Now account on a TV with the remote to play with?
Do you trust everybody else who might be in a position to do this?
Have you sold or given away a device with Now on it, without resetting it first?
Can you look in your Devices on your Account details, and find a device you don’t recognise, or one you do recognise but haven’t used lately?
