How do I use my account credit to pay for passed

How do I use the credit in my account to pay for my on going cinema pass before the money it is taken from my bank tomorrow? Can anyone help me with this. Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If there is credit showing under the top of your online account under My Passes or Bills & Payments then if there is sufficient credit available it should automatically take the credit for the Cinema Pass rather than taking money off your card.

 

Should you only have partial credit it will take the credit available plus the difference for the Cinema Pass will be deducted from the bank card on your NowTV account.
