How do I remove my bank details from NOW TV

Hi i recently used Now tv free trail, ive now cancelled my account but my bank details still remain online? Anyone any idea how i can remove them

Firstly go to My Account > My Passes on here to cancel your free trial, don't worry if you cancel early where you will still get the full duration of the trial.

 

Make sure you follow the step by step on screen instructions until you get the cancel notification.

 

Then you will need to contact live chat and ask them to remove all your details from their database.

 

To contact live chat open the link page below and click on the Anything else drop down arrow which will reveal the live chat button.
