Accidentally left my membership for boost running, and I couldn't get in touch with the customer service bot, or a real person to try and requrest a refund. The live chat just stays on waiting status. I'm done with this service, and I would like to permenantly delete my account. How do I do this?

For live chat are you clicking “chat online” within the green box? Don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

If you don’t want to close your account make sure you’ve cancelled all memberships until you get confirmation emails for them. Then if I were you set up a payment PIN on your account just to be safe.

To close your account you’ll need to email support using the address from the below picture.

Thanks for the information. I did eventually get the live chat link to work, but I couldn't get it to work in FireFox, so I had to switch to Edge. I thought it might be an issue with my extensions, but it still wouldn't work after disabling them. Still, I was able to get my issue properly resolved in the end. Thank you.

For anyone coming across this thread in the future, be it known that Boost autocancels from its next renewal date, if you have no other memberships running.
This is usually the date it would cease anyway, unless you actively cancel it yourself for a renewal date prior to the renewal date of the last membership you cancel.
Either way, it won’t keep going indefinitely., like other memberships would.
