Back in June I cancelled my NowTV subscription for the Entertainment package after I got 3 months free with the McDonalds Monopoly promotion. I thought it went through fine, got thenotification that I could still watch to the end of June but I never used it.
I had been travelling a lot for work last month so did not notice the charge but I noticed the charge this month. I have cancelled my account yet again but this time was the only time I received an email to confirm my cancelation. Which I find a little to shady looking back compared to the first time I cancelled.. To avoid anything like this again I would like to know how I can delete my account and remove my card details from my account as I do not think I will use this service again any time soon and don't like the idea of my card information sitting in a dormant account I will never log back into.

Its December 2020 and we have had the same thing, taken 2 lots of money out of account. You cannot get in touch with anyone at NOW so to stop them taking money and to totally delete your account GO TO YOUR BANK and cancel it there.
We have just had our bank put a block on NOWTV taking payments.

There are 3 methods of getting in touch with Now TV. What I would do in the first instance is use this link to make sure you only have the 1 account with your payment details.

Have you recently taken out a free trial and forgot to cancel the pass?
First is Live chat.

Just make sure to click "chat online" within the green box
Second is filling out a complaints form.

Third, is to send an email to the address in the below picture.
Thank you for your reply, but I tried all those and to no avail, so I just sorted it with my bank, I believe this is the best way, the fact that its illegal to keep your details without your permission is totally wrong anyway.
I advise all to cancel their subscription with their bank, this will ensure no more unauthorised payments are taken.

In what way have you had no luck? What did Now TV say on Live chat or on the reply email?
Personally I have never had any issues with Now TV on duplicated payments or getting a refund if required.

Obviously by saying I have had no luck, that means, chat and email and even facebook, oh and the phone line is only dealing with broadband Gav, whats a girl to do!!!
