Hey,
I've taken out a contract with you in October 21 and you only ever taken the payment in November and haven't since then. My wifi is still on. I've only njust noticed as I thought that my DD is going out every month, just checked that it has never even went out. All the while, I continue to have internet. WTF? WHAT DO I DO?

Well you don’t contact Sky because this is NOW (formally Now TV). You need to contact NOW directly for any account issues.
So are you referring to TV membership such as entertainment or cinema?
Or is it for broadband?
The former is only via live chat or email, the latter is via phone call.
