I have received an email at 2am (when I was asleep) saying "Thanks for your order" and charging me for a "Sports Membership" that I definitely didn't purchase! I keep trying to contact Nowtv, but I can't find an email or number anywhere! the live chat is just a robot and has me going round in circles. Someone PLEASE advise me how to actually contact Nowtv 😞

Live chat is open from 8am to either 11pm or Midnight.
You could also send them a message using the Web Form on the same link.
The chatbot is just a bit of automatic software that helps you find NOW Help articles and help guides on their website.
Do you have a payment pin setup on your account?
Are there any other members of family who have access to your playback devices and was any of them up late last night?
You could go also to Devices on your online account to see if there was any activity last night (the device name is vague but hopefully you own the name of the device).

If you believe somebody has obtained you account details without your knowledge, then force a logout on all devices and change your password by following the instructions in the link page above.
Live chat would be the best option about a refund at this moment.
