How do I change the date of my direct debit?

Hi all, does anyone know how I change the date my direct debit is taken?

I have 3 passes and they all come out at various times of the month and ideally I'd like them all to come out my account on the 1st of each month.

You really have two options

  1. Cancel the memberships, let them run out and then take them out all on the same day
  2. Head onto Live chat and speak to NOW staff to see what can be done

Even if you manage to synchronise the renewal dates, you won’t achieve your aim entirely as Now only take one payment a day, so they would come out on the first three business days of the month.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
