Nobody has come back lately and said it didn’t work for them, anyway. But if the person who answers says it’s for Sky only, refer them to the link, remind them of their GDPR obligations, and politely but firmly insist.

I was given NOW tv for my birthday, but unfortunately it does not work well with my

TV and I want to cancel the contract withing the given 14-days period.  please can

you not deduct any money from my account through the direct debit order set up 

and let me know how to return your device/control/mem stick.

But look at My Account/Broadband & calls/Moving Home, and call the number shown to cancel this broadband.
