Can anyone please tell me how I go about cancelling my subscription? I have looked on the website but I can't see how to actually cancel it, or how to get the chat up with an advisor?

Welcome to the forum. You can cancel your pass by going to your My Account > My Passes page
You should see a list of any active passes you have on your account, with a cancel button next to them. Just click cancel and follow the steps all the way to the end until the cancellation is confirmed.

First go to My Account/Passes & vouchers, and check that you really have Cancelled all Passes, and have none running.
If there are any running, Cancel them again, in turn, going through all four Cancel steps, until the Cancellation is acknowledged, and the Pass shows as not being renewed in the above screen (it will still be shown as running to the expiry date, but should not show any renewal).
You should then get an email from NowTV confirming the cancellation.
If you can see no passes running, next look at My Account/Bills & payments, and see if the amounts you are still being charged appear there.
If they don’t, then you probably have a second account set up, on which passes are still running. So have a hard think, maybe consult your past emails, to try to remember what the details for this account might be.
If you can’t determine this, you will need to have a discussion with Live Chat, who should be able to tell you what NowTV accounts are registered to your card(s):-

I'm not a member of NowTV staff, but I can point you in the right direction
It has never been possible to cancel a NowTV subscription through the NowTV mobile apps to cancel subscriptions you've always had to use the NowTV website. Subscriptions can be cancelled at the link below. Remember each pass type needs to be cancelled separately
as for getting a refund. The best course of action is to probably fill in the form at the following link or alternatively you can use live chat at the second link below
Remember to give as much detail as you can

Why does everyone choose to ignore the word account and give useless advice about passes? My advice is to write to OFCOM as the other advice here is quite clearly designed to delay and discourage you!
What do you mean, ‘everyone’? And then posting exactly the same thing again?
