I had recently found out that I was being charged £7.99 on my card for a subscription to Now TV that I had never made. On my Now TV account there is no card details so it's clearly not mine. I would like to cancel this subscription and have already made my bank aware of the problem.
However, the bank requires that I now contact Now TV to cancel the subscription. I have tried online chat, and I have tried their messaging service to no success.
How do I contact Now TV so I can cancel a subscription that isn't even mine?
