Hi all,
I've messed up a bit here. For Christmas, I got my mother a Now TV stick with 2 months free. I've seen that, since February, I've been charged the full £8.99 a month and she doesn't use it.
The problem is, I have forgotten the account details I used to sign up (as I kept it separate to my personal account).
I have the charges on my bank statements, but that's all the detail I have. Does anyone know how I can proceed with this?
