Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, Boost is not mentioned under my
membership, so I can't cancel, but the fee is being taken every month.

Thanks for your help. Turns out that NOW created a second account for me, which I was unaware of, when I ordered Boost. Only discovered I was being billed twice a month when I went to cancel Boost, having found out that Boost doesn’t work when watching on PC. Seems like a bit of a scam to me.

I dis not request the boost option, got charged £6 so I want a refund and to not be charged any further

You probably did without paying enough attention to the terms of the offer. Contact NOW directly to discuss, click on the green Chat online button near the top of the page here. They won't deal with this on the community.

To follow up from @redchiz1 every single offer on the offers section of the site include a free trial of boost then it’s £6 unless cancelled. This is clearly stated in the T&C of the offer and the offer itself.
