ok so i put my credit card details in for the free trial and i know want to remove it but i see no option for me to delete my card details as i dont want it to be on an online website.every other website allows you to remove your card details
Every other website isn’t running month to month autorenewals 😛
So your first priority is to Cancel the Pass(es) for the free trial, under My Account/Passes & vouchers. This is something you can do for yourself; make sure you go through all four steps for each Pass, or you will be back to square one.
You can’t just delete your card details separately from whole account deletion, though.
And to do that, you need to talk to Live Chat:-
Get in Touch (all the options, and the best place to start):-
On Live Chat, when you can get onto it, keep your answers short, sweet and prompt, or it will time out on you.
If the person you are talking to doesn’t seem able to understand your issue, ask to be escalated to the next level of help.
