1 - How do I remove my card details?
2 - To stop my card being charged do I need to turn off just auto renewal or do I actually have to disable my movies pass?
3 - I signed up through the £10 xbox promotion, when I have watched 90 mins, how long do I have to wait to recieve my gift card?

None of this makes sense, I have cancelled after the trial. I did not use the service enough to justify keeping it.
I understand that my details are required for auditing purposes, but I should be able to remove my card details from the site/my account. You are the only company I have dealt with that operate like this.
I DO NOT WANT MY CARD DETAILS ON FILE. SIMPLY OPTING OUT FOR AUTO-RENEWAL DOES NOT GIVE ME PEACE OF MIND.
When will my details be deleted?
You are praying on further 'accidental' business. Telling somebody to put a pin/parental lock on is not the answer - remove their card details as requested.
SKY ARE LIARS - I HAVE PROVEN THIS WITH MY TV/PHONE PACKAGE WITH AN INCIDENT WHERE I WAS EVENTUALLY ISSUED AN APOLOGY BY LETTER. I DO NOT TRUST YOU TO KEEP MY DETAILS ON FILE.

I would also like to question why you are blatently disregarding the Data Protection Act?
"5. Personal data processed for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes."
As I am telling you I have no intention of ever using your services again - then you no longer need to leave my details on file/on my account in particular.
Yes you will no doubt need an encrypted record for auditing, but none of us are arguing that. You no longer need to have my card details readily available/visible on my account. I have ceased using your services... SO KINDLY REMOVE MY DETAILS AS I HAVE REQUESTED.
I have a balance of £0.00 with you and no longer consent to you keeping or processing any data on me. By ignoring my plea, you will be causing me unnecessary stress and worry regarding potential financial damages.
Failing to comply with point 5 above, under the Data Protection act and my plea to remove my details may result in further legal action.

Your details are held securely in accordance with Payment Card Industry standards and will be securely deleted in line with our data retention and destruction policy at an appropriate stage.
