What I will suggest is that you check out this article. In it you will find contact details for our data protection team who may be able to go into more detail than I am qualified to do.

I would like to remove my card details and fully cancel my account too. And i don't want to hear your excuse.

I just want my card details removed and that's it.

Hi,

I recently got £9.99 taken from my account with no authorisation, i was wondering if this could be refunded?

This is appalling.  You dont need to keep peoples accounts active to maintain audit records.  I have several accounts which i had to create because of the all the system issues i had (which were never resolved by the hepl team btw).  I am worried about someone hacking into one of these accounts and using my details.  But i cant remove them?  Terrible.

I have also been charged 9.99 for using a free sports voucher code because I entered it on tv and not PC
I would like to know why and refunded

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

The accounts are still accessible but that does not mean that the accounts are active. If there is not an active subscription currently on the account then to renew a subscription you would need to re-enter your details like your payment details.

 

This means that in the event that someone had managed to get in to one of your accounts then they would not be able to gain any payment details or re-start a subscription without your payment details.

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

We do advise whenever we give out voucher codes as part of a deal that the codes must be redeemed on a PC, Laptop or Mac as other devices will not present a redeeming option.

how to remove debit/credit bank card .??

it's fine i cant fully cancel my now tv account but i will need for my bank details to be removed ...as i am still not sure if i was charged for the end of my free trial i have payment pin turned off. while saying i Will be charged £8.99 at the end of my trial which has ended
