Hi,
How can I remove all my details from the NowTV website. It states that my account will be reactivated I watch another movie. I don't want this option. I want all my details (credit card, address, email etc) deleted after the trial has ended.
Thanks

Hi again @Anonymous User,
As explained above, it's up to you as the NOW TV account holder to officially cancel your NOW TV services!
And just-so 'all' NOW TV customers know. Currently...

Hi and welcome to the forum @Anonymous User,
If you don't want or can't afford any of the NOW TV services you've subscribed to, you can officially cancel them at any time (and they will still run for their full duration). That's the type of subscription service NOW TV offer!
This being the case... Unless your NOW TV subscription is directly through Apple (via an iTunes account) or you've received a NOW TV promotional offer through Vodafone, the official way to cancel your NOW TV subscriptions is via your NOW TV account.
It's recommended that you use a Windows or Mac computer, not a mobile device, as their web browsers might not sophisticated enough to display 'pop-up' windows (ie: windows within windows). Also, Mac or IOS device users will require JavaScript support enabled in their Safari internet browsers. Here's what you need to do: -
If the above mentioned 'cancellation' process has been completed correctly, you will receive a confirmation email from NOW TV.
Cheers

Hi, I am concerned that I will still get charged after 30 days for now TV even though I have cancelled my entertainment pass, the only pass I signed up for, well within the trial period. Because there appears to be no way of fully cancelling the account, I am not convinced that my membership is fully deactivated especially because my card details are still held. I'd like some clarity on the matter please. Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous User,

After officially cancelling (each one of) your subscription(s) NOW TV will send you confirmation by email. Which you should keep for future reference.

Thank you for that. I signed up for Now TV through Google play. So that should be OK. I recieved an email of the cancellation of my entertainment pass. I see that you can reactivate the pass up until the end of the trial which is good.

Hi @Anonymous User,
Just remember that if you don't want or can't afford any of the NOW TV services you've subscribed to, you have to officially cancel them, or they will automatically 'roll-over' and your debit/credit card will be charged.
Cheers

Hi and welcome to the forum @Anonymous User,
For security reasons, all issues related to your NOW TV 'account' (such as, NOW TV account removal/card details removal and refunds) are subject to the Data Protection Act and can't be discussed on the open forum, which means it's more appropriate for you to directly contact a NOW TV representative rather than asking one of them (or somebody who may be posing as one of them) to contact you via the forum!
You can contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility or 'Send us a message' facility by using a Windows or Mac computer, not a mobile device, as their web browsers might not be sophisticated enough to display 'pop-up' windows (ie: windows within windows). Also, Mac or IOS device users will require JavaScript support enabled in their Safari internet browsers. Here's what you need to do: -
