Canceling your pass is simple - just go to "My account > Passes > Cancel pass" - Regarding removing your card details we'll send you an email shortly.

I too want to remove my card details - I dont want auto renewals and things I just want to be able to buy the packs I want as and when so how can I remove these from my account?
Card details are a requirement for your account to work so removing details will kill everything.
If you go to My Account/My Passes you can insure that no further payments are taken.
I only use vouchers and have never had a problem with payments being taken.
