How can I close my account and remove my details? I don't want my details to be stored after trial
Hi,
How can I remove all my details from the NowTV website. It states that my account will be reactivated I watch another movie. I don't want this option. I want all my details (credit card, address, email etc) deleted after the trial has ended.

I would also like to remove my account, i dont understand why you guys do not have a CLOSE ACCOUNT option. I know 100% you guys can hold information without an active account.
Think about it lets say hyperthetically one of us gets hacked they turn the auto renew on and start paying for things we dont want why are they able to do this? because our card details are forever on the account untill lets say closed.

If you pay by plastic card you can always cancel the card via the issuing company. Then its impossible to take money from that card account.

Can you also send me information on how to remove my personal and credit card details from your site. I have no active subscriptions and don't want you to hold my details. Further please remove me from all/any email distribution lists
