How can I close my account and remove my details? I don't want my details to be stored after trial
Hi,
How can I remove all my details from the NowTV website. It states that my account will be reactivated I watch another movie. I don't want this option. I want all my details (credit card, address, email etc) deleted after the trial has ended.

Please remove my card details - I'm fed up of you taking payments when I haven't had the now tv box since January . Sent you several emails had no response - please just stop taking payments and remove my details .

Go to the help link then to contact us, answer the two drop down questions then if needed scroll down the page and you will see links to Live Chat, Email and Forum.

I can't access live chat - tried and tried - maybe it's because I'm on an iPad? Sent messages via email and in the forum - can't remove my details via the link through my account it just keeps going back to the home page.
Please just remove my card details and refund me for the 3 months you've charged me when I cancelled my subscription in January. You keep taking the money from my bank without authorisation.

Hello,
Please can you remove my payment details as you have @bazpaul.
My earlier request was answered by asking me to sign in and fill out the contact form. Once I had done this I was told I needed to do live chat. Since I don't need to sign in please remove these details.
