House moved - bill increased

Moved house

Notified change of address. Someone tried to be clever and cancelled ongoing contract at old address and started with new contract on new address with raised bill charges.

This was only house move on original contract.

Wont get sorted on here as it’s used by us fellow customers. You need to call the broadband in the morning after 8am.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.
