I'm moving house in a couple of weeks and taking my NowTV broadband and calls with me. I called up the other day and went through the process. It took a while, but it was reasonably straightforward. I've had the emails etc. confirming the details of the move and the agreed 'go live' date at my new house. However, when I use the order tracker in my account, I can only see the instruction to cancel the service at my current address. There is nothing about starting the service at my new address. Does anyone know if that's normal or something I should be concerned about?
@ElectricBluez Check again today (18/10/2020) as you should also see a Home Move Request re setting up service at your next address (as well as a cancellation atbyour current address). I’ve moved house twice in the past 2 years taking them with me. Can’t remember now if I requested it online or phoned them! But both times went ok.
