Hi I just taken advantage of an offer on now TV, made the payment online, discovered this morning that I can't download the app onto my Smart TV as suggested in the blurb. Can I cancel?

My Account/Manage Account/Now Memberships and cancel any you don’t want. If within 7 days of setup and you were offered a trial, it won’t cost you anything.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
