Helpline

What is the helpline number to speak to a human? I can't handle going round in loops that don't answer anything.

There is a number to call customer services, but it is only for Broadband customers. 

 

Use the following link for options to get in touch.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Is the issue regarding your broadband service I take it?

 

If so use the link I sent you, click on the broadband and calls section. In there you will find the number for broadband customer services. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

To clarify fully, it is only for Broadband customers to raise broadband problems.

 

Even Broadband customers can only go to Live Chat for streaming issues.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
