I am not happy with the service that i am getting from now tv, they have my card details on my account but yet can't take payments from me even though it isn't due for a week so they cut off my broadband, and also my broadband goes off every other day anyways so i will most definitely be cancelling. Could anyone tell me if i would need to pay the cancellation fee as they haven't held up their end of the guaranteed speed or connectivity that states on their contract?
