Help!

Whenever I am over due on a payment given I get my wages at the opposite end of the month I’m forever catching up. My main point is that it usually allows you to make payment but when my accounts froze due to non payment on day required I have to register my bank details again. I’ve tried this online and continues to say “there is a problem with my details being correct” when I know they are! I can’t always phone them and the fact it’s near impossible to find a reasonable number to contact them on to begin with is diabolical to say the least! Online chat doesn’t help one bit it’s a box standard robot with basic output 😞 thinking of changing providers to save myself the hassle! I’m not sure what to do..any advice would be great t.i.a 😉
