You must have authorised something, unless your bank account or card details have been hacked, which is unlikely, as you are posting here via your account, it seems.
But if you gave NowTV your previous card details, then you bank will have kindly let NowTV have the new details, to ensure no payment interruptions due to the change of card details.
As a service to you, because this is what you would normally want for all your recurring card payments.
