Help with new account and pass error

I just set a new account up and went for the 7 day entertainment and movie trial. I put my card details in and it created an account, but when I went to the passes page for the first time it just says: 

'We're having trouble displaying your Passes

Please wait a moment and try again.'
 
I've tried logging in on multiple devices (ps4, laptop, different browsers on my phone) and have tried wifi and 4g and nothing has worked. I've turned all adblockers off and still nothing. I haven't had a confirmation email and when I tried the 'search for an old account' option on the website and put my name and last 4 digits of my card in it said I didn't have an account, but I'm logged in so I don't understand what's happening - it's like I have an account but I also don't have one at the same time. Whenever I try and click on anything on my account it just brings an error up and won't display anything.
 
I clicked on get a new pass and it keeps bringing this error up: 'You cannot buy this pass as you already have an active %{existingPass}'
 
The live chat is useless and I can't seem to find a way of contacting a real person. I am concerned there is a pass running and that the trial will end and I will get charged, and I will be annoyed if I waste my free trial with this. Can anyone help me? Thanks

What you are probably getting is the "helpful bot" which ironically is not vbery helpful. Below is the link where you will find live chat to speak with a member of staff.
