Hello. I cancelled my cinema pass the first day of my 7 day free trial in May. Now TV charged me £11.99 this June and apparently want to charge me £11.99 in July. I thought we had parted company in May. How can I get Now TV to stop charging me for a service I'm not using? I thought one could cancel anytime and that would be that, but it now seems more like being like it says in the lyrics to The Eagles song Hotel California. I can check out any time I like, but I can never leave. Help!

Cancelling is a 3 or 4 stage process which culminates in a confirmation email. If you have the email keep it as proof as you may be asked for it.
