Hi.
I took out Now TV broadband and calls in January 2019 expecting that it would take over my post office line when it was installed.
I received all the equipment in good time and had letters to say the 8th January was the go live date and have just received a quarterly bill from the post office and it looks like i now have 2 services? how has this happened? please help.

Seems like a breakdown of communication between NowTV and the Post Office.
The Community Forum is predominantly used by customers and you need to pursue this further by phoning the NowTV Broadband Team.
