Having issues with HD Boost using clubcard credit.

Can someone on here please help me as i have been trying to buy a HD boost with the clubcard credit that i have.

 

I get to the payment page which tells me it will take £3 from my clubcard credit but when i click pay now it tells me that there is a problem with my card in a red box but i am not paying by card as its coming out of my credit.

 

I have tried to talk to online chat but they do not know what i am on about so gave up on talking to them as they kept blaming my broadband speed!!!!!

 

Here is a screen shot of what i am getting.

 

Yes i could update my card and pay by card but thats not the point.

Hi @Anonymous User, 

 

Are you able to update your Payment Card and then try using your Clubcard Credit to purchase the boost pass?

 

let us know how you get on.

i have done that but still the same issue.

 

its like its trying to take payment from my debit card not the credit on my account.

 

is there no way you can add the HD boost and take it from my credit as it keeps doing the same thing over and over again?

Yes done that and its a nightmare as they dont know what i am on about.
