Can someone please help?
trying to manage my banking and subscriptions and saw one for now TV due which I thought I had cancelled a while back, but when I look on my account I can’t see it to cancel again? I don’t want to be charged as I don’t use it anymore but can’t figure out what to do

Is it possible that you have created more than one NOW account?

Also on your bank statement is there a NOW reference number next to the charge?
If so, get in touch with NOW live chat by clicking on the green chat online button from this link page below and explain to them there is a charge against your bank card and the NOW reference number is NOW××××××× and ask them to cancel the TV Membership fully.
