Getting money back from NOWTV for continued billing when service cancelled

Has anyone had success with getting their money back when NOWTV has continue to bill when the service has been cancelled? My NTV account says that there are no charges past or due - yet my card keeps getting charged either £11.99 or £8.99. I can't turn it off as there isn't anything to cancel. The ' it's a different account' is clearly nonsense.

 

Has anyone tried the small claims court?
