Getting charged monthly but no passes

Hi can anyone help. I'm currently getting charged £11.99 monthly but when I try use the services asks me to buy a pass. I've searched my account and no answers to why I've no other account with any of my other emails I cant even cancel with the bank. Can anyone help I was charged 2 days ago and been trying to sort since.

What devices are you trying to watch Now TV on?

Have you logged in with the same username/password that you used to purchase the passes?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Movie pass is all I've ever had plus paying a day pass for sport now and again yes only had one account which is the one I'm logging into.
