Getting a message on tv - sorry we couldn’t process your order, all bills upto date

How do I speak to a person?  Bot is rubbish

This for TV passes or Broadband?

 

There is a number to call, BUT for broadband ONLY. 

 

For all things TV passes you can get to Live chat below, the "bot" is not designed to be speaking to someone, just similar to Amazon to try resolve it quickly.
