GETTING GHARGED MONTHLY AND AM NOT A NOWTV MEMEBER

Why am I getting charged monthly for a service that I don't use and and from a supplier that am not even with?? I switched from NowTv last year to a different provider. looking at my payment account and found out that they been charging me monthly and taking the money from my direct debit, even though i was already paying for my new provider's service. so basically paying twice. Called them last month, well chatted online because you can never get to speak to someone on the phone. Whoever i spoke to assured me that it was a mistake on their part and when i changed over, they didn't cancel my package and will be refunded and should get the money in the account in the week following, it's now 2 months already, received nothing and still getting charged. Someone please make it sense to me??

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I would like to know what am getting charged also? I don't have anything set up. No Tv subscription, No calls or broadband, nothing from Now. And No other account set up somewhere else in my name or account.

You will need to call the broadband team to get the refund sorted, we are just customers on the forum so we are only able to help with advise etc.
