Hi Community,
Does anyone know how I would initiate a refund on the Day Pass + Boost?
I haven't touched it/activated it/done anything with it since purchase (purchased less than an hour ago) and therefore entitled to a full refund as per the Consumer Act.
I cannot find an email anywhere to start the process and this so-called "chatbot" isn't available.
Does anyone know the best course of action...
