Free two month pass accepted but no trace on account

Hi there,

 

have seen a few posts like this; I entered a free two month pass purchased with a NOWTV box a couple of weeks ago and the web-page accepted it and told me the cinema pass would last until 11th January 2018.

 

NOWTV just stopped working and when i logged onto my account i see no record of the vouher applied.

 

Very frustrating if this is just lost,

 

can you please reinstate?

 

Afraid i don't have the voucher anymore, as it was accepted and thrown in the recycling!

Welcome to the forum. If you don't have the code anymore then probably best if you pop onto live chat, explain what's happened and see if they can work out what's gone wrong. You can get to live chat from the Contact Us page

If they do manage to sort you out might be worth taking a screenshot of your My Account > My Passes page for peace of mind.

I have lost my free pass when I bought my now tv
