Free Passes

Be careful when taking up the so called free pass. I signed up on the evening of 6th May and on the 11th £19.98 had been taken unauthorised out of my account. Customer service can’t seem to see a problem that only 5 days after signing that money has been taken. Be vigilant

The free pass is a free trial, and you can Cancel it any time before you are charged fro the coming month. And depending on timing, you need to cancel it on or before the sixth day, to avoid being charged,

However, if you read the small print on the Trial Terms and Conditions, you will find that you did authorise the payment.

Though it looks like the combination of Bank Holiday and upcoming weekend hasn’t exactly worked in your favour here.

What is the renewal date of the Pass (or the Keep watching until date if you have cancelled it)?

It’s likely that this will show you had you full 7 days plus one month whack, despite the timing of the payment date.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
