I've come back to now tv, I have a months free cinema pass which is ok, but I'm trying to get the 7 day free entertainment pass but its saying its already on another account .
The only thing I can think of is I put in an email address that I made an error on and I didn't set up the password so details may of gone to it but I'm unable to log into it due to this reason, is there a way this can be sorted asap as I do not want to get charged twice . I have however set up new email address and password
