Fraud account hacked

Hi there my phone has been hacked all the apps on it I am logged out email can’t get bk on at all so can’t xhange password on account I tried to change all router settings and can’t get on that either as soon as I try to log o  the full internet at home goes off

What’s the situation now?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
