Forgot to cancel after trial

I purchased a NOW TV box last year for my children to watch over Christmas for their bedroom.  It came with a pass of three months (I think).  As the children were not watching as much we removed the box after the holidays and hence forgot about the membership until today.  I noticed I am still being billed.  I have since cancelled the subscription but feel very disappointed that I overlooked cancelling the subscription.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Who to contact in such cases as live chat is not working at the moment.
