I can't for the life of me get in contact with anyone about the first payment that is taken on broadband live day.
I've just switched as much cheaper but I'm paid on a specific day of the month, is it possible to change the first payment to the specific day and pay a little more since it won't be coming out on go live day! Stressing me out. Covid has truly messed things up huh! Agh. Also what happens if I'm unable to make the payment at that point, services restricted after how long?
