Fee paid, but cannot access content

I have been paying £9.99 every month but when I tried to watch something last night on my TV it said I had to pay £9.99 - anyone else have this? It’s like they don’t I have paid already….

You need to make sure you haven't accidentally been logged out. Within the app scroll to the bottom until you see a row of options, one should be "Account" in there you will see who if anyone is logged in on the device.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Thanks buddy - still not getting any joy I’m afraid……. I’m travelling for a few weeks but I’ll get in touch with them when I get back.
